Microtest and RoodMicrotec have inaugurated the path of collaboration with a kick-off meeting between both management teams and Xenon Private Equity property found.
The meeting was held in Microtest headquarter in Altopascio (Lucca – Italy) and it has represented the starting point to align the two boards of directors and to define the project’s strategy and the future objectives of the group. The two companies will collaborate with the aim to become the European leader in providing testing services and in designing and manufacturing automated test equipment, offering high innovation technologies and robust supply chain.
Microtest and RoodMicrotec will drive synergies to create together an integrated offer and to ensure better performances to their customer base.
