Microtest SpA, founded 25 years ago, has made three acquisitions in 2023, creating a larger organization, The Microtest Group.
Within the group, headcounts has doubled to 300, 5 new facilities have been added, 3 of them in central Europe.
Each acquisition provides its own unique set of benefits and all complement the three core pillars of the Group:

- ASIC DESIGN and special applications
- SEMI Equipment
The Group now has centrally located offices in The Netherlands and Germany and adds regional offices in Genoa and Torino, Italy. The acquisition enable significant synergies and provide a wider range of technology and services for our customer base.
